UPSIDE DOWN FEATURETTE (Video)- Director Juan Solanas takes us away to a parallel universe in his new film Upside Down, where gravity doesn’t exist and love conquers all. The film’s structure appears to correlate with the biblical story of Adam and Eve and their journey through a new world. Jim Sturgess plays the character of Adam, while Kirsten Dunst plays Eden. Both are teenagers from different worlds with combating gravitational pulls in this alternate universe. The featurette explains the power of love, as well as the techniques used to successfully illuminate the two different worlds in Upside Down.
PLOT: Adam and Eden fell in love as teens despite the fact that they live on twinned worlds with gravities that pull in opposite directions. Ten years after a forced separation, Adam sets out on a dangerous quest to reconnect with his love.
